Research Interests

Dr. Burtner leads the Molecular Longevity Laboratory at RWU. The group uses the model organisms Saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker’s yeast) and Caenorhabditis elegans (土壤线虫)来了解调节细胞和有机体寿命的遗传和生化途径. 实验室目前的研究主要集中在三个主要目标上:
